We were happy with the service we received initially, and decided to go with ServiceMaster. Our next experience wasn't as positive, but when we complained, our issues were dealt with quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would use SM again (but frankly hope we won't have a reason to use them!).

Very professional and friendly staff. Adam & Chad were prompt to answer my questions or concerns, and exceeded my expectations! The work team (sorry, I can't remember their names) were excellent. They did a good job, and although I expected the job to go longer than quoted, it didn't, which has never happened when I've dealt with contractors/service people in the past.
