Service Master was very quick to respond to our call and showed sincere empathy towards our situation. We were very thankful when they told us not to worry, they would take care of everything and they did. The clean up was thorough and well done. They brought in loads of equipment to dry things up to ensure mold would not grow before repairs were started. The crews were awesome and handled our items carefully. The repairs went well and we enjoyed interacting with the guys who were doing the job. We are thrilled with the results. If we ever have another disaster they will be our first call. We definitely recommend using Service Master.
Amy and Shirley, a mother and daughter team, did an excellent job cleaning our balcony of pigeon poop! They were very professional when entering our apartment, laying carpet runners on the floor to our balcony door. They worked so hard and did an amazing job, smiling all the while.
